What Makes Us Different

  • Immigration Evaluations Are Our Only Focus

Immigration evaluations are all we do, and we do them well.

Our evaluator has independently completed over 400 immigration psychological evaluations and has supervised hundreds more, with involvement in nearly 1,000 immigration-related evaluations overall, including VAWA, extremehardship waivers, U-Visa, and asylum evaluations.

Because of the high volume and complexity of our work, and our ongoing collaboration with immigration attorneys, we stay up to date with current USCIS policies, adjudicatory trends, and evidentiary expectations. Our evaluations are continuously informed by real-time attorney feedback, professional training, and evolving practice standards.

  • Mental Health Expertise with Real Legal Understanding

We are not only mental health professionals, we also understand how immigration cases are evaluated. Our work is grounded in extensive trauma-focused experience, including domestic violence, abuse, and trauma, while also reflecting a clear, practical understanding of immigration law and USCIS standards.

We regularly work with individuals and families from diverse cultural, national, and linguistic backgrounds, and approach each case with cultural awareness, clinical care, and respect for the client’s lived experience.

  • Detailed, USCIS-Ready Reports Attorneys Trust

Our evaluations are not generic reports. Each report is carefully prepared to address the USCIS factors most relevant to the individual case, and typically ranges from 20–30 pages.

It is not uncommon for clients to come to us after completing an evaluation elsewhere that was too brief or lacked key details, sometimes resulting in a RFE. Because we understand USCIS-specific requirements and common adjudicatory concerns, our evaluations are clear, well-supported, and legally relevant.

Our work is trusted by immigration attorneys nationwide, and we continue to receive strong referrals and positive feedback from both attorneys and clients.
