If you are an attorney looking for evaluation service for a client, here are some questions you might have about working with an immigration therapist.

Evaluation Procedure

  • 1. Contact Us

    Call 773-598-6668 or email intake@figtreechi.com to schedule an evaluation. Our bilingual intake specialist will connect you with an experienced therapist who specializes in immigration evaluations.

  • 2. Complete Paperwork

    After talking with an intake specialist, you will receive a link to complete intake paperwork, as well as a link to the video appointment. We ask for 50% of the payment to reserve your spot. Your therapist will contact your attorney with your consent and prepare for your case.

  • 3. Meet the Therapist

    Typically, therapist will meet with the qualifying US citizen relative (hardship) or the applicant (other cases) for two one-hour video conference interviews, a week apart. You will meet your therapist via secure video conference. At the end of the meeting, your therapist will schedule for the next meeting. We will also collect the remaining balance at the end of your initial interview.

  • 4. Receive the Report

    Your therapist will write up a detailed report which will be sent to you and your attorney for their review, typically two weeks after the last interview. We will make edits based on feedback and finalize the report. We require the balance paid fully before releasing your report.
